At Irina Stamate, we aim to offer a seamless and reliable delivery experience worldwide.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to the United States, Europe, and select international destinations.
All shipments are fulfilled from our U.S. headquarters.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or hotels.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
During promotional periods, collection launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or strikes.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For shipments outside the United States:
- We offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping for all international orders. This means duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost — no additional fees due on delivery.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, even in the case of returned merchandise.
If a customer makes a return, they remain responsible for:

6. Risk of Loss and Title
All products are sold under a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after handoff to the carrier.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery with the shipping carrier.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Reshipment costs due to incorrect address information.
Once an order is processed, changes to the shipping address cannot be guaranteed.
8. Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

9. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments based on inventory availability.
You will not incur additional shipping fees for split shipments.
