Our shoes generally run true to size. We recommend ordering your usual European size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the perfect fit.
Yes. We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in case of returns. We recommend checking your country’s import policies for more information.
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, tried only on carpeted surfaces, and returned in their original packaging (including dust bags, shoe box, and tissue paper).

Every item undergoes a strict quality control inspection before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
