Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns subject to the following conditions.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, including dust bags, shoe boxes, and tags.

  • Shoes must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid marking the soles.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

 

 

2. Return Process

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested and authorized before sending the item back.

  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns from the United States will benefit from free return shipping.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at clientcare@irinastamate.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have.

Once your return is accepted, you may place a new, separate order for the replacement item.

 

5. Duties, Taxes, and Non-Refundable Charges

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are non-refundable, even if you return your item.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund amount.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to duties or taxes, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, customs charges, and restocking fees.

 

 

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
